<p>Try relaxing the eyes so they can wander slowly around, over and across each letter forming the word. Take time to blink.  Let you eyes lead. Do not force them to look at areas where they do not want to look. Words should have cleared up when you look back at them.</p>
<p><strong>The final exercise (eye exercise number three) involved double vision.</strong> The purpose is to allow the eyes to work as a set, together. Many people will look at objects using only one eye, allowing the other to do whatever it wants. Squinting may bring the item into focus using both the eyes, but can also cause stress. Try to relax the eyes and focus calmly allowing the eyes to focus together as a team.</p>
